Mr Smith World Photography is a trading name of MS Associates Limited, whose registered office is at Aylmer Parade, London, N2 0AT. MS Associates Limited is a Company registered in England and Wales no. 196824.
The products and services we supply are as described on our website, or in emails, pdfs, proofs or letters exchanged between us. We do all we can to ensure our products and services are accurately described on our website and in other documentation. But please be aware that appearance of items may vary slightly from the way they appear on different computer screens or on different media. The images and designs used on the Mr Smith World Photography website are the property of Mr Smith World Photography the copyright owner. You must not reproduce, modify or distribute our images or any part of those images in any manner. All of our products are manufactured to order according to the buyer's specification. We do not carry any stocks of artwork. Because of this our products fall outside the The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 and no cancellation rights exist.
Prints are delivered by Royal Mail or Parcelforce or courier service.
Unframed prints are rolled into a tube and delivered by mail either in the UK or overseas.
Framed prints are packaged and sent by courier to UK mainland addresses.

When you order our products and services you are entering into a legal contract. Placing an order is an offer to buy. Our acceptance of your offer takes place when we send you an invoice. The price of the Products and our delivery charges will be as quoted to you at the time of order. Payment may be made by credit card or bank transfer. Ownership of Products will pass to you when we have received full payment. We aim to deliver your artwork by the delivery date set out in our order confirmation or, if no delivery date is specified, within 30 days of the date of the order confirmation. The Delivery Date is approximate only and the time of delivery shall not be of the essence unless agreed by us in writing.
Goods delivered outside the UK may be subject to import duty or delays at customs. As we have no control over this, delivery charges and any arrangements that need to be made with customs are your responsibility.
If there are any problems with your order please let us know as soon as possible and we will try our best to resolve them to your satisfaction.
If goods are faulty or damaged we will replace them. You can return them for replacement or refund. Returns will only be accepted for this reason and need to be agreed in advance. We will tell you how to return goods when you contact us. We will refund any money due to you, by the same method used by you to pay us, as soon as goods have been received by us. Please advise us if goods are not received on the agreed date. Claims for non delivery must be made within 28 days of dispatch.
We will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of, any of our obligations under the agreement that is caused by events outside our reasonable control.
We are required by law to ensure that certain information is made available to you in writing. You agree to receiving communication in writing by e mail or posting of information to our website. If you need to communicate with us, please do so at firstname.lastname@example.org. If we need to communicate with you we will do so at either the email or postal address you provided with your order.
