Do you supply artworks outside the UK?

We regularly supply prints to worldwide customers and can ship to most countries.

We try to make the buying process as simple as possible. Unframed prints can be ordered online. Framed or mounted prints are trickier to pack and deliver overseas - so we need to discuss delivery arrangements prior to taking your order.

Can I order artwork online for delivery outside the UK?

You can order unframed prints online. Please get in touch to discuss overseas delivery of framed or mounted prints. Please order unframed prints by placing your artworks in a shopping cart. At this stage VAT and shipping are calculated as though you are a UK customer. When your address and delivery details have been entered VAT is eliminated and shipping costs are recalculated. Final costs can be reviewed before you complete your order.

How much is shipping?

For unframed prints we apply an international shipping cost of 10% of sales value subject to a minimum and maximum. This is calculated online.

For framed and mounted prints, which cannot be ordered online, we will provide you with a shipping quotation prior.

Can I pay for my artwork in other currencies?

If paying by credit card we accept payments in British pounds, Euros and US Dollars.

If paying by bank transfer we can only accept payments in British pounds.

Are UK taxes payable on overseas shipments?

Sales tax (VAT) is chargeable on sales to UK customers. There is no tax on sales to non UK customers provided the order and delivery addresses are both outside the UK.

What about customs and import duties?

Different countries apply different custom and import duties. These are beyond our control and are payable by the customer. It is unlikely that import duties will be more than VAT would have been if charged, but this needs to be checked locally.

How do you deliver artwork?

Unframed artworks are shipped in secure postal tubes.

Framed and mounted artworks are shipped in boxes or custom made crates. Packaging depends on the size of artworks.

We will notify you of shipping details and provide you with tracking references.

Which postal service is used?

The standard postage charge covers shipping by regular mail. We will give you the option to upgrade to couriers such as DHL, Fedex etc. If the cost difference between regular mail and couriers is small we will upgrade as a client service at our cost.

Artworks sent by courier reach many countries within 5 working days.
